What is Wharfingers?
Wharfingers Youth Theatre was
founded in 2002 and is part of Louth Playgoers Society. Our
aim is to give young people with a love of the theatre the
opportunity to meet new friends, learn new skills and, above
all, to have fun! Everyone between the ages of 11 and 18 is
welcome and there are no auditions or any special entry requirements,
other than enthusiasm and commitment.

Blood Brothers
The February 2008 Wharfingers production of the play “Blood Brothers” was very well received. This was the second time the company has played to full houses in the main Riverhead Theatre auditorium, although many scripted and devised pieces are regularly performed in the smaller studio acting space.
